CHAPTER 101: FIRST PHASE PART 4

"...This is so boring," I say, kicking a stone. I can’t believe I have to wait at the door of this labyrinth, what if monsters or enemies show up?

I know I have a lot of magic, but it’s weird and kinda hard for me to use. Plus, I always have to say these super embarrassing and flamboyant lines and do poses I don’t like at all, just because of this unique magical girl ability.

And I also feel strange around Pandora, all because of this damn corruption that was created.

And because of all the active debuffs, I always feel like I want Pandora to force me to do things that aren’t normal. Just being around her makes me feel like I want her to throw me against the wall while forcing me to feel pleasure.

I even thought about reporting to the principal that Pandora raped me, but I couldn’t do it. It just seemed so wrong to report her, plus the weird thought that if she got expelled, she couldn’t abuse me anymore stopped me from going through with the report.

’When will Pandora use me again...’ I feel strange for wanting that, these damn debuffs make me have bizarre thoughts. There was one night when I even thought about knocking on Pandora’s door and asking her to abuse me.

But when I was in front of the door, I gave up and left.

"..."

"..."

I look at Elliot, who’s just come out of the labyrinth. We stare at each other in surprise. Elliot is one of the classmates who came with us to this fantasy world that’s so hard to understand.

"Haha, it’s just you, Riko, or should I say Amiya now?"

I feel bad about this. Lately, they don’t do it as much because I’m always around Pandora, but when I see them and they see me, they keep making these jokes about my situation.

"Well, I’m going now, I have a crystal to destroy," he says, completely ignoring me as if I’m not even a threat.

I tightly grip my wand and stand in front of him.

"I-I won’t let you pass." Pandora trusted me to defend the entrance, and in the last competition, she killed all the monsters that came near me. I know I have to pay her back.

She’s now in the labyrinth, working hard for our team to win. I can’t let him pass and ruin everyone’s efforts.

"...And you’re going to stop me? Come on, Riko, the only thing you have is a lot of mana. Aside from alchemy, your score was average to low on all the other tests."

"Yes, I’ll stop you." I’m not good at this, but I at least know some spells.

"Seriously? You? And who else?"

I’m completely alone in this, but I won’t give up just because of that. I’ll win, no matter what.

"O power of the stars, grant me your strength and form the light that will purify evil light magic [Starlight]!" A sphere of light forms in front of my wand and is soon launched at Elliot.

But my spell suddenly stops in midair.

"W-What..."

"Liked that? Unlike your weird unique ability, mine is something truly good Psychokinesis, the power to control things with the mind without using magic."

"...Stars, grant me your power and become the light that will guide my enemy to the opposite side and aid the just with your protection barrier magic [Stellar Barrier]." I use a barrier spell to try and protect myself from any strange attacks he might make.

"Tsk, you’re so weak, Riko. Do you really think you can beat me when you have to say such a long thing just to use a simple spell?" He points his open hand at me and clenches his fist, and I see my barrier being pressed by an invisible force.

"N-No..." The barrier starts cracking, with several fissures.

"Ugh." I’m slammed hard against the ground.

’I-It hurts... b-but I have to stop him here.’

"S-Stars, g-grant me your power in all your g-glory and generosity, and knock down my enemy earth magic [Stellar Quake]!" He crushes me harder against the ground as he sees me trying to cast a spell, but I continue.

Soon, the ground glows golden, and everything trembles. He loses his balance, releasing me from the ground, and I quickly prepare to use another spell.

"Stars, become the chains that bind evil and don’t let the wrongdoers escape binding magic [Stellar Chains]!" Golden chains emerge from the ground, restraining Elliot in place.

"I guess I need to teach you your proper place, Riko," Elliot says, a bit irritated.

"Kyaa!" I’m violently thrown against a wall, then pulled and thrown again, this happening several times. My body hurts a lot, and I’m bleeding in some places.

I thought he needed his hands to use his power, but no, he just looked at me and, without any body movement, used his unique ability.

Soon, my chains are broken, and my body falls to the ground. I cough up some blood as I use my wand as support to stand up.

’I-I have to stop him from passing... P-Pandora trusts me.’

"S-Stars, g-grant me your s-strength and Kyaaa!" He slams me against the ground again, my vision blurring as I cough up blood.

"I-It hurts..." I feel a lot of pain, but I still try to get up. I don’t know why I’m so determined to do this I’m not a particularly brave or active person, so why do I feel this strong desire to fulfill the expectations placed on me?

Why do I want Pandora to be proud of me for being able to protect the exit?

"Tsk, you’re being annoying, Riko. Why don’t you just stay on the ground? I don’t have time to waste with a weakling like you."

"S-Stars, g-grant me your l-light and p-push my enemy away light magic [Stellar Arrow]." I use a spell that forms a light arrow, but it’s easily stopped by Elliot, who then sends my own spell back at me.

"Hyaaa!" I scream in pain as the light arrow pierces my arm. My legs betray me, and I fall to my knees on the ground, the pain and exhaustion overwhelming me.

’I-I have to k-keep going...’ I cough up blood as I try to stand up.

"I-I won’t l-lose..."

"You’ve become too persistent, Riko. I think I’ll have to hurt you more for you to learn your place."

’S-Something... I-I need to win...’

[The stars recommend you use the Stellar Armor of Combat, as a special permission they allow you to transform without any prior speech.]

[Accept]

’T-This is...’ I’m barely able to do anything and I’m losing. There’s no option to deny, so I obviously accept. I’ve never tried using this, but I hope it helps me.

"What are you doing... there..." Elliot says, surprised, as a golden and red glow covers my body.

Soon, I feel great, in fact, I’ve never felt so strong and capable before.

I notice that my outfit has become quite revealing, but that’s not what’s important. My current outfit is a light metallic armor in shades of gold and red. I notice that I have two large horns on my head, while on my fists are two giant golden and black gauntlets, each one larger than my head.

"...Do you think I’ll be intimidated just because you decided to change clothes?" Elliot speaks, but I notice caution in his gaze, unlike my other magical girl outfits, this one I feel I know how to use.

I position myself with my feet back, look down at the ground, and charge forward, using the horns of the armor as a form of attack. I feel a force trying to stop me, but my body simply ignores the repulsive force and advances.

"W-What..." Elliot says, surprised, as he instinctively grabs my horns while I continue charging forward, dragging him along because his telekinetic force is not strong enough to hold my unleashed brute strength.

"ARG!" We both hit a wall, and I hear Elliot’s back cracking against the hard labyrinth wall.

"Y-You bitch!" He yells, and I raise my head and punch him in the stomach with my giant gauntlets, hitting his entire abdomen area.

I then start beating him up relentlessly, each punch landing directly on various parts of his body.

I feel this is the proper way to use this armor brutal and fast attacks, not giving the enemy a chance to defend or retreat. Elliot puts his hands in front of his face, trying to protect himself.

I hear several cracking sounds, I think many of his bones are breaking, but I can’t stop. It’s almost like a natural combination of the armor attacking automatically, although I’m avoiding blows that would be fatal.

Soon, I stop and step back as I notice he’s unconscious and bleeding heavily. He’s then teleported out of here by the principal if you receive too much damage, you’ll be removed from the competition to be healed by Professor Rosaline.

I fall to the ground, exhausted, my mana almost depleted. Just using this armor for a short time consumed almost all my mana, but there’s no doubt this armor is incredible.

My magical girl priestess fantasy focuses on healing support magic and has a lot of mana, while this one has great brute power, high speed, and great resistance, as even Elliot’s unique telekinetic ability couldn’t stop me, only slightly slow me down.

"P-Pandora... I-I did it... I protected the entrance to the labyrinth." I say, barely able to keep conscious. A great feeling of pride and achievement arises this is the first time I’ve had such a sweet victory.
