CHAPTER 433: CONDITIONED RESPONSES

I decided to give Zephyra and Lycoris a bath right here in the cave, but to keep us from getting dirty again, I first used magic to completely clean the inside of the cave and remove the smell.

Strangely, Lycoris didn’t like the change, she was walking on the cave floor with an odd expression, probably the sudden change of environment left her confused since she just recently hatched.

Anyway, I just ignored that and went to do the most important thing, which is to go to the bathing area of the cave, it’s a secret passage with a natural cave pool.

This is the place where I’m going to bathe the two of them, when I took Lycoris inside this place, her reaction was cute, she immediately ran around the area examining everything that wasn’t in the previous room.

While she was doing that, I brought Zephyra into the pool where I’m going to wash her body, I was very careful washing every little nook and cranny of her to remove all the dirt that had stuck.

And I must say that a lot of semen had stuck to her because the water around us was turning whitish as I scrubbed her body to clean, and it took a long time to clean every little spot.

But fortunately, after 2 hours of bathing her, I left her perfectly clean and ready to send home, and as I finished that, I used the shadows to teleport clothes from my castle to this place and dressed her.

After dressing her, I left her sitting in a corner still sleeping and went to take care of Lycoris who is going to be the most problematic to clean.

Because as soon as I grabbed her and tried to bring her into the water, she started thrashing in the water as if she didn’t want to take a bath despite being all dirty, but I can’t just leave her like that so I didn’t mind continuing her bath.

Plus, it was funny to see her thrashing and staring at the water as if it was unbelievable, she looked at it with a detachment as if the water was some kind of alien liquid that appeared out of nowhere.

And after a few minutes in the water, she just got used to it and completely stopped doing that thrashing in the water, and as she calmed down, I was able to thoroughly clean her body.

Unfortunately, I don’t have clothes in her size, so I just used [Creation Essence] to create a little dress and put it on her, she also found the dress strange and kept touching it and shivering whenever it moved.

She is quite curious and alert to everything new, I think she inherited that as a survival trait of our race, since in a "new" environment we don’t know what is dangerous and what is acceptable.

"You are so cute, my dear daughter!" I say to her with a smile, kissing her forehead, and she also gives me a happy smile.

I go to the still sleeping Zephyra and quickly grab her in my arms, teleporting the three of us to my castle, right in my bedroom, I place Zephyra on my bed and go with Lycoris to the door.

I want to have a conversation only with Zephyra, so I spread my magic to call the attention of the servants, which works as several maids quickly appear while Aokitsu also appears outside my room.

"Aokitsu, where is Elena?" I ask, hoping that Elena would be here.

"Ah, Elena is taking care of the looting and capturing of the remaining humans...there were many kingdoms, so it took quite a while, your majesty," Aokitsu says, bowing to me.

’So those whole months weren’t enough...’ I’m slightly disappointed, but I guess it makes sense.

"Okay, Aokitsu, and has anyone attacked my kingdom?" I want to know if anyone dared to attack my kingdom while I was away.

"No, it’s been quite peaceful...but that man, your husband Mikael, showed up here to talk to you, but since you weren’t here, he left," she says, while I decide to leave those boring matters for later.

’Mikael came first...how interesting! I have to see him later!’

"I want you and the maids to take measurements of my daughter, make clothes for her, prepare a special room for her, buy toys for her..."

"Get someone from the kitchen to make her food and take care of her for now, because I’ll be busy for the next few hours..." I extend my hands to hand Lycoris to Aokitsu.

"Her name is Lycoris and that’s all you need to know...my dear daughter, you need to go with her for now," I say, seeing the look of understanding in Lycoris’ eyes.

But along with that look, she looks at Aokitsu with superiority and gains a strange arrogant smile that is not quite natural for a baby.

’Lycoris...seems brilliant...’ I don’t think Lycoris fully understands the power she has, but she clearly understands that she has more value than the people around her, so she quickly asserts herself over others.

I don’t know if this is really the best idea, leaving her with the others when she has barely been born a few hours ago, but I really need to check on Zephyra’s condition and I don’t have time to take care of Lycoris now.

I’ll see her in a few hours where I’ll teach her things and have some fun with my dear little girl! I also have to go get Eclipsya later.

"..." I approach the bed and dispel the magic so that Zephyra wakes up, I sit next to her watching her slowly open her eyes.

"Good morning, my love, it’s already late," I say with a smile, she looks at me for a moment and I see something strange in her gaze before she smiles stupidly.

"Is it finally over?" She asks with a sweet smile.

’Over?’ I wonder exactly what she’s referring to, but decide to accept it.

"Of course, it’s over, my queen," I say as I move my hand to her to caress her head, but as soon as I touch her, she writhes, blushing and sticking out her tongue with a moan.

"...You..." I remove my hand, noticing that she reached climax just from me touching her, I see her breathing heavily as tears stream down her face.

Probably Zephyra repressed everything, deeply burying it in her mind, so she seems "normal", but triggers like my touch make her go back to the moments in that cave.

I enter my room again carrying two trays of food for Zephyra, I don’t know how to cure her mind, so for now I’ll just be gentle.

"Here, love, your food..." I say, placing the trays on the bed and stepping back, Zephyra removes the lid and looks at the food, then looks at the fork and freezes as if she’s seeing something incomprehensible.

’I’ll have some time, so I think I can take care of her for a while until she stabilizes again’ She is my wife and I am to blame for her being in this state, so I decide to give my time to take care of her.

However, I don’t have all that time, I can give Zephyra a maximum of 1 month, so I have 1 month to manage to teach her to eat properly and get used to the environment, all while taking care of Lycoris.

’Tsukuyomi...I need her here’ Zephyra sees her as an important friend, having Tsukuyomi here should help Zephyra recover a little faster.
