CHAPTER 70: RESCUE

I quickly grow wings, while expanding my mana to the max, I use the shadows to teleport the egg while reinforcing my body to the max with the mana that Violet provides me.

The first thing I see as I enter the shadows is the snake’s mouth almost biting me, it woke up and got here so fast that I barely had time to surface.

I fly up to get off the ground and have a broader view of the area, I see that thing coming from far behind me, its huge body is visible from here and its speed is absurd for a being of that size.

"Y-Yes" I quickly descend to the ground and teleport her and the group to the exit, leaving me here alone.

I quickly teleport to another group and do the same process, I continue in this game of cat and mouse while it passes through, destroying the entire area.

The trail it leaves behind is only devastation, by this point, almost all the groups I teleport to are frightened by the sounds of explosions and something destroying everything in its path.

"Pandora, you won’t hold out at this pace" Violet says, seeing my bleeding eyes. I’m using so much mana to strengthen my body to avoid dying that my body can’t handle the power surge.
