Three days passed quickly.

Today, everything was as usual on the campus of Sea University.

Adam Jennings walked through the campus with a somewhat grim expression.

The Jade Turtle slightly raised its eyes at some point, and in that glance, her soul body trembled, her face panicked, and she immediately vanished from the dormitory.

Only when the temperature in the dormitory returned to normal, gripping the amulet tightly on his chest, assured that the female ghost was truly gone, did he finally let out a massive sigh of relief.

Unexpectedly, his aura was now so strong.

He could actually scare a ghost away.

His three roommates, surprised by him, still followed the procedure to send off the Ghost Immortal, before complaining to Adam.

He almost broke their “ceremony.”

“With the command of the City Deity, Five Ghosts Assistance, Augmenting Spirits from All Directions, Ghostly Shadows from Ten Directions…”

As Scarlett Jennings recited, the Talisman Array first lit up with five strands of spiritual light, then eight, ten.

Soon after, several ghostly forms manifested from the Talisman Array, Scarlett checked the number, ensuring it was sufficient, then waved her hand,

Then saw those numerous ghostly figures disperse from the Talisman Array, settling within the paper effigies on top of each building.

One of the figures directly descended on the paper effigy Scarlett initially pointed at.

The next second, Adam and Elias watched as the paper effigy…came to life.

Just like the paper effigy of this building, those on other rooftops began moving as well.

Fortunately, the school didn’t allow students to roam the rooftops, routinely locking the doors to the roofs of the buildings.

Otherwise, if such paper effigies moved about freely on rooftops, they could potentially frighten several people into fainting.

Trending news wouldn’t be about collective jumping but Sea University being overtaken by paper effigies.
