Capítulo 1244: Chapter 847: Target
But the moment Liu Hun just let go of Zhang Han’s lips, he immediately took out the emergency oxygen mask and quickly covered Zhang Han’s face. Even so, Zhang Han still lightly breathed in a bit of air into her body just a moment ago.
When Liu Hun placed the oxygen mask on Zhang Han’s face, Zhang Han felt weak all over, and her complexion was pale.
Seeing this, Liu Hun’s expression changed slightly. Ignoring the thin crimson blood dripping from the bite Zhang Han left on his lip, a power instantly entered Zhang Han’s body. Fortunately, Liu Hun acted timely, or else the poison gas inside Zhang Han might have instantly taken her life.
“It’s a good thing you met me. Otherwise, you’d be dead by now!” After expelling the poison gas from Zhang Han’s body, Liu Hun looked at her still extremely weak state and coldly said.
But just as he finished speaking, Liu Hun quickly shut the door between first class and economy class, then instructed Wang Xiaofei, Old Ghost, and Liu Hu, “Handle these fumes quickly, this stuff only lasts a short time, but the remaining poison gas in the air can still cause significant harm.”
“But boss, these people are already dead now, aren’t they?” As soon as Liu Hun finished speaking, Old Ghost stood up from the front seat, spread his hands, and replied to Liu Hun with a nonchalant look.
“Of course, I know they’re all dead now, but if we don’t clean up the poison gas, it won’t be good for us either unless you can hold your breath indefinitely!” Liu Hun rolled his eyes and said to Old Ghost with no curiosity.
Purifying the air is easy; just open the door slightly. After the air inside completely circulates out, close it again and it’s done.
After Liu Hun spoke, Old Ghost and the others followed his instructions, and in no time, the poison gas in the first class cabin was completely gone.
Once Old Ghost and the others closed the door again, Liu Hun spoke to the weak Zhang Han beside him, “Alright, you can take off the oxygen mask now.”
Hearing Liu Hun’s words, Zhang Han then obediently took off the oxygen mask and couldn’t help but eagerly asked Liu Hun, “What exactly is going on?”
“How would I know what’s happening? Just now, I suspected there was something wrong with this plane, but I didn’t expect these people to act so fast and use a Poison Gas Bomb.” Liu Hun seriously explained to Zhang Han.
Hearing Liu Hun’s explanation, a look of shock appeared in Zhang Han’s beautiful eyes. She forced herself to stand and glanced at all the passengers in first class. Upon seeing them lying peacefully in their seats, she breathed a sigh of relief but still instinctively asked Liu Hun, “Are they all okay?”
“They’re all dead, now it’s just a few of us left.” Liu Hun shrugged and carelessly replied to Zhang Han.
Upon hearing Liu Hun’s words, Zhang Han’s face instantly turned extremely pale and horror appeared in her eyes. No matter what, there were dozens of people here, and now just like that, they’re all dead.
“Impossible! If they’re all dead, why are you all okay?” Zhang Han asked through gritted teeth, angrily glaring at Liu Hun. To her, this incident must have something to do with Liu Hun and the others; otherwise, why are only they fine while everyone else is dead?
“You really shouldn’t blame this on me. The reason we’re okay is because we’re special, that’s all. If this was really our doing, you would’ve been dead long ago too. So, you should thank your status for being the reason I saved you!” Liu Hun said softly, with a hint of disdain, looking at Zhang Han.
For Zhang Han, the spoiled heiress, Liu Hun would normally ignore her antics under different circumstances, but at this moment, he was displeased with her. He saved her life, and yet she blamed him.
“Oh, didn’t expect a few survivors. Although it’s a bit unexpected, it’s a pity. Even if you just avoided the Poison Gas Bomb, you’ll still die next!” Just as Liu Hun finished speaking, a young man with a gun walked out of the control room, smirking at Liu Hun and the others.
“Was this whole incident your doing?” Zhang Han saw the young man appear and heard his words, filling her aged face with rage.
“Yes, indeed it was us. I know Miss Zhang feels sad for the deaths of these people. But if you really think about it, it’s your own fault, Miss Zhang. Instead of driving, you took a plane, and now because of you, so many people have died. So, you can’t blame us for this; they all died because of you!” The young man said, holding a gun, looking at Zhang Han with a bit of lament in his voice.
“What, because of me?” Hearing his words, Zhang Han was shocked. She never imagined these people’s deaths were all because of her.
But upon deeper thought, she realized it was related to her father. Yet, causing the deaths of dozens because of this relationship was something she couldn’t bear.
“Because of my status, I caused so many people to die…” Zhang Han murmured softly, looking at the numerous corpses around.
“If Miss Zhang thinks that way, then you’re sorely mistaken. It’s not just first-class passengers; all passengers in economy class also died on this plane because of you. Once we take you out later, this plane will be made to look like an accident, and no one will know it was us, but this still falls on your father.” The young man continued speaking to Zhang Han.
“You’re beasts! You’ll be punished by the state for this!” Zhang Han shouted, using all her strength at the young man in front of her.
“Old Six, is everything under control in first class? Zhang Han isn’t dead, right? If she’s dead, then our mission is a failure, and you know that!” After Zhang Han’s tirade, a voice asked sharply from the young man’s walkie-talkie.
“Relax, big brother, everything here will be handled soon. Give me a few more minutes, and we can leave this plane and report back.” The young man reassured through the walkie-talkie, then turned it off.
Just after switching it off, Liu Hun asked the young man, “I’m curious, weren’t you worried about harming Zhang Han when you used the Poison Gas Bomb?”
“Kid, although this is a secret, you’re about to die, so there’s no harm in telling you. Before Zhang Han boarded the plane, we used special methods to inject something else into her, so the Poison Gas Bomb won’t harm her. Our mission is focused on her, so failing isn’t an option.” The young man sighed, looking at Liu Hun. “But I’ve said what I should; now it’s time to send you to see King Yan. Bad luck made you choose this flight.”
As the young man spoke and was about to pull the trigger, a cold gleam flashed through the air. The next moment, terror filled the young man’s eyes as he looked at Wang Xiaofei, his hand tightly clutching his brow.
“You… you…” The young man murmured weakly to Wang Xiaofei, but before he could finish, he collapsed to the ground.
Once he fell, blood slowly seeped from his brow. Looking closely, a silver needle was embedded in his brow.
“Boss, this silver needle is really handy, it’s the perfect trick!” Wang Xiaofei didn’t spare another glance at the young man as he played with his prosthetic arm, speaking to Liu Hun.
With Wang Xiaofei’s words, Old Ghost enviously remarked, “Boss, that’s not fair, why give Xiaofei such a thing and not me?”
“If you cut off your arm too, I don’t mind.” Liu Hun rolled his eyes at Old Ghost.
Hearing Liu Hun, Old Ghost hesitated a bit before shaking his head, saying to himself, “In that case, forget it…”
“Liu Hun… who exactly are you people?” Listening to the conversation between Liu Hun, Wang Xiaofei, and Old Ghost, Zhang Han’s face showed renewed fear.
