The Genjutsu Devil of Konoha
Chapter 145: Robbing Danzo (145)
Flashback.
Back to when Hiruzen was too busy trying to capture Aizen Sōsuke and being pressured by the Daimyo to step down—virtue of how bad Hiruzen's image was nowadays. Also, light illusions were being used on a nearby neighborhood. As to why not his own? Well, Aizen wanted to make sure Konoha had no way to track him back.
So instead of going after the Daimyo—which he knew had several ninja watching—or targeting his family or neighborhood, he did it to the area he knew the Hokage would visit. And when Hiruzen did visit...
The villagers—programmed, of course—would talk about the book. And from there, the Daimyo would hear all that shit.
And the rest was up to history.
He made sure he was with his son during the visit, just for extra added pressure. Now imagine your son calling the Hokage a bottom. Couldn't be having that. The position of Hokage demanded a lot—and a bottom couldn't do that shit.
It was shaming. For Christ's sake, in this world where people could kill each other so easily, whoever you decide to fuck is your own business. But the Hokage was supposed to have some sort of tough persona. Even if Hiruzen had the whole kind Hokage image, he was still somewhat feared.
But now... he was the submissive boy of Danzo.
Maybe things would be different if he were the dominant one. But come on... submissive? Yeah, that shit would never fly.
Anyway, back to scavenging in this shithole.
Once his eyes were done scanning the place, he put on his mask and took out his blade...
A scythe. As in the Grim Reaper's scythe.
Oh well. Time to reap some souls.
Closing his eyes a bit, he entered a stage of semi-sage mode, where he and the earth semi-fused. He sensed the chakra of the world—it felt pure, powerful, untainted. It responded to his own.
Using the small vibrations he felt across the earth's chakra, he could see the base. See each room. While also monitoring all the guards—all while being outside.
For six hours, he waited, memorizing everything.
So, here was the loadout of this place.
There were roughly 60 or so ninja inside this base. The others were getting killed somewhere in Konoha.
They were guarding this place like their lives depended on it. They seemed to be gathering all the info and materials they had into one room—seemingly about to burn everything, leaving nothing behind.
Aizen couldn't have this happen. He needed to get that shit.
Plus, knowing Tsunade, her ass was probably going to burst in here and take her grandpa's cells.
Well, he needed them.
He'd make it up to his sensei. He promised.
There's a 30-second blind spot between shifts... he thought to himself.
And thus, with that info, he made a single hand seal.
Using the Transformation Jutsu to slightly alter his appearance, he then entered the base.
A group of Root ninja passed by him.
"36... 37... 40..."
He was counting under his breath. For those wondering—yes, he was in sage mode. That was to increase his senses far beyond what people might expect.
He also had a seal to hide his chakra, so he was gucci.
"70."
As he reached 70, he would shunpo deeper into the base, avoiding the guards and making sure to stick to the plan. He had also placed a light genjutsu over the area so that they couldn't even see him.
Yet, he needed to act this sneaky.
This place was full to the brim with seals—seals he knew were there but couldn't see. And if they detected his presence, he was doomed.
Oh well. He still did it.
This place was child's play for him.
Once he reached the storage, he looked around.
He had roughly 60 seconds before someone came to check the room, so...
Seijuro looked at the vial.
Hm, yes, this was Hashirama cells.
His gaze then landed on another pair of Sharingan, which he ignored.
None of his business.
He then created a clone of all the seals in the room—basically a copy of every mission report that Danzo had ever issued to Root. This would make for great writing material.
He had gotten enough Hashirama cells to make two arms. Well, it contained enough of the soul that he could make out its shape. When he got back to base, he would fuse that soul, and that should give him what he came here for—
Awakening a power never seen before.
He did wonder how much this would buff him, and what kind of ability he'd receive from it.
Oh well.
He didn't care much right now.
He had the Hashirama cells—and 20 seconds left.
Hm, he would then make sure, to knock out roughly 30 Root member, he would need their bodies for reasons.
So, without wasting any time, he was gone—using the Flying Raijin to teleport back outside.
Hm. He'd walk the rest of the way to his base.
Sure, he could teleport in there—but he had just installed an anti-space-time ninjutsu seal in all of his bases. You know, just in case someone in the future figured out how to follow after someone using the Flying Raijin by reopening the hole in space they created to travel away.
You know... can never be too cautious out here.
Hm. Speaking of which—he would be turning 16 soon.
Well, that was original Seijuro's business to worry about.
He was planning for much grander stuff.
