"Dante is dead. The hero killed him." A demon woman said in a cold, hard voice. She was sitting at a round table surrounded by three other demons, all of whom were concealed by the shadows.

"No, not Horith, the new hero. The one who pulled Rolimont’s blade." The woman informed them.

"His name is Kai LuForia. He’s the one who managed to claim Rolimont’s blade. He used it to kill Dante." The fourth demon, one with a single eye, said.

"How powerful is this new hero?" The horned demon asked.

"According to my information, he was barely able to kill Dante and was only able to after using the sword. However, after that, he became very powerful. If I had to estimate, His mana levels are around 70 thousand right now."

"That’s nearly as strong as us. What a monster." The yellow-eyed demon was shocked to learn that Kai had grown so much in a short amount of time.

The demon woman also added some more information. "So, the one who destroyed our necromancer army was him and Horith? Now that explains why the casualty count was way lower than expected."

"What should we do now?" The horned demon asked.

"Our lordship is nearly awake. Only four more weeks until his return. When that day comes, we’ll finally take over this accursed land and transform it into a haven for demons! For now, we’ll focus on striking where our enemies would least expect it."

"The day of our lord returning." The one-eyed demon announced.
