"To sleep, of course." Qiao Yuxian bent down to stroke Zhaocai’s head, "It’s been a while, we need to catch up tonight."

Zhaocai wagged its tail at her.

But when facing Gu Yanjing, it immediately adopted a cool demeanor.

He clenched his hand.

Qiao Yuxian entered the room, then came back out, looked at Gu Yanjing, and said, "Gu Yanjing, you should reconsider about Feng Chuanbai. Right now really isn’t the best time."

She knew that Gu Yanjing realized now wasn’t a good time to take action against him.

Otherwise, after meeting Feng Chuanbai, Gu Yanjing wouldn’t have refrained from acting immediately.

But now, taking action seemed inevitable, largely because of her.

Gu Yanjing looked at her.

"They say revenge is a dish best served cold," Qiao Yuxian said with a smile, "There’s no need to rush it."

With that, she went into her room and closed the door.
