The carriage traveled throughout the entire High Court City, not stopping except when the roads were congested.

Jones sat quietly by the carriage window, watching and thinking all the way, not uttering a word. From descending the High Court all the way to the city-state, the feeling was as if he had gone from Heaven to Hell.

Of course, it was the Heaven and Hell as generally known by people, not the actual ones. We all knew that.

It took six hours to travel from the foot of the mountain to the edge of High Court City. Fortunately, apart from the clouds above, High Court had no distinction between day and night; otherwise, it would have been daylight by now. During this period, there was a light rain, making the already damp city even more humid.

Arriving at the edge of the city, Jones suddenly turned to Adelle and said, "The military camp, do you know where the military camp is?"

"You want to declare war?" Adelle was shocked.

Adelle looked at Jones meaningfully. Belle’s face was full of terror, her gaze constantly moving back and forth between Jones and Adelle.

The carriage slowly turned around, continuing to gallop on the muddy streets of High Court. Behind, two small bats kept following.

At the same time, news of the early arrival of Giant Snake City Lord Jones had already spread far and wide in High Court.

The entrance of the Nikolaus family also saw crowds, especially Harries’s castle. The Lords wanted to know Prince Harries’ attitude towards the upcoming hearing.

Most of them were Blood Clan Lords whose assets were damaged because of Giant Snake City.

Even the gate of the Adelle family’s castle was crowded with people. Well... Not everyone was against Jones; many Blood Clan Lords wished to get a piece of the pie in the alliance between the Sambo family and Giant Snake City.

As previously mentioned, the Blood Clan had never been united, and the Blood Clan in High Court demonstrated this disunity vividly.

At this moment, Jones stood on top of a hill outside High Court, gazing into the distance at the Blood Clan military camp in the west of High Court.

Adelle and Belle stood behind him.

"This is... the military camp?"

"Yes, this is the military camp."

In front of them, the building looked very strange. *Calling it a castle wasn’t incorrect, given its materials and layout,* resembling castles. But it was vastly different from usual castles.
