CHAPTER 306: THE QUEEN LOVES CUDDLES [M]

Edmund’s breaths grew heavier against her neck as he moved slowly inside her, savoring the way her body wrapped so tightly around him. He pressed soft kisses along her shoulder, then nibbled gently at her ear, making her shiver.

Edmund supported her leg with his, freeing one of his hands to slip lower and caress her most sensitive spot. He rubbed her clitoris slowly at first, teasing her with gentle circles that made her squirm in his arms.

"Ahh ... Edmund ..." Primrose gasped, her voice breaking into soft whimpers as the pleasure grew stronger.

Satisfied by the way her body reacted to his touch, he quickened his pace little by little, rubbing her with more pressure while thrusting steadily from behind. The double sensation made her toes curl, her body arching back into him as if begging for more.

Primrose’s nails sank lightly into his forearm, her body trembling as she turned her head just enough to capture his lips. Their kiss was messy, desperate, filled with ragged breaths and muffled moans that melted into one another.

But when Edmund suddenly picked up his pace, thrusting deeper and faster, she couldn’t hold the kiss anymore. Her lips tore away from his, and a loud cry spilled out of her throat, louder than anything she’d made before.

She didn’t care if her voice would be gone later. If anything, she trusted Edmund would take care of her when it was over.

"Ah! H-husband!" Primrose cried out, her voice breaking as Edmund’s fingers rubbed her clit mercilessly. She writhed in his arms, eyes squeezed shut, her teeth sinking into his arm in a desperate attempt to muffle her cries.

When her head tilted and the back of her neck was exposed, Edmund’s self-control snapped. He lowered his mouth and sank his teeth into the mating mark with a groan, marking her again as his.

He bit a little too hard, causing blood to flow from the mark. But Edmund immediately licked the wound, his warm tongue soothing the sting. Within moments, the wound healed under his touch, leaving only the faint mark.

Primrose whimpered when she felt his tongue slide across the mark, her body shuddering at the strange mix of sting and pleasure. "E-Edmund ...," she whispered, her voice trembling.

He kissed the spot he had bitten, then trailed his lips back to her ear. "My wife ... you’re driving me crazy," he whispered hoarsely. His thrusts grew rougher, more desperate, each one sending sparks of pleasure straight through her core.

His hand never stopped moving against her clit, rubbing her faster, harder, until she couldn’t even form words anymore. All she could do was cry out his name, over and over, as if it was the only thing keeping her sane.

"Edmund! Ah—!"

Her whole body tensed, her toes curling as a wave of ecstasy surged through her. She clung to him helplessly, her nails scratching at his arm while her body convulsed around him. The sensation was too much, too intense, like she was breaking apart and melting all at once.

Edmund groaned deeply when her walls clenched tight around him, his rhythm faltering as his own control snapped. With a deep thrust, he buried himself fully inside her, his body trembling as his release flooded into her.

"Primrose ...," he murmured between his ragged breaths. He pressed his forehead against her shoulder, hugging his wife tightly from behind. "... you feel so good."

His words made her cheeks burn. No matter how many times he said it, praise like that always made her feel both shy and happy. It wasn’t just because he was flattering her, but it was because she knew she was able to make her husband feel good too.

Even if she sometimes doubted whether her body was truly enough for him, hearing those words made her heart swell with warmth.

"You also make me feel good." Primrose shifted her body to face him, her eyes soft as she pressed a gentle kiss to his lips. "I love you."

Edmund pulled her closer, his large hand rubbing circles along her back before giving it a soft pat, as if to soothe her. His lips brushed against her temple when he whispered, "I love you more."

Primrose brushed her thumb against his cheek, gazing at him with soft eyes. "Do you ... want to keep going?" she whispered.

Edmund pressed a soft kiss to her palm, letting his lips linger there for a moment before murmuring, "Do you want me to?"

She hesitated, biting her lip for a moment before speaking. "Can we ... just cuddle tonight?"

It wasn’t that she didn’t want to have sex with him anymore, but right now, all she craved was the comfort of his arms, to stay close and maybe whisper a few soft words to each other.

But if he still wanted more, she wouldn’t mind either. She just ... needed to know what he wanted.

Edmund didn’t answer right away. He simply looked at her, eyes soft and filled with something that made her heart flutter. Then, without a word, he pulled the blanket up over both of them and gathered her close against his chest.

"If that’s what you want," he whispered, pressing a gentle kiss to the top of her head, "then that’s exactly what we’ll do."

Primrose melted into his embrace, her body relaxing completely as her cheek came to rest against his chest. She closed her eyes for a moment, listening to the calm rhythm of his heartbeat.

"Edmund," she murmured.

"Mhm?" he answered absentmindedly while patting her back.

"Do you want to sleep with me forever?" Primrose lifted her face, her eyes meeting his. "I mean ... would you mind if we shared the same bedroom from now on?"

All this time, Edmund had always gone back and forth between his own bedroom and hers. But since he usually ended up spending the night in her chamber anyway, Primrose couldn’t help but wonder why they didn’t just share the same room altogether.

That way, Edmund wouldn’t have to keep going back to his own room just to change clothes or grab something he had left behind.
