Living together – Day 1

    Russian girl.

    “…… Oojirou. Nice to meet you.”

    Lydia, a Russian girl who had just transferred to the Akizakura Academy, was sitting next to me. Her long silver hair swayed slowly, she spoke in fluent Japanese and stared at me. I can’t give you anything, even if you stare at me like that, though.

    It seems that Lydia and I are distant relatives….. I didn’t know I had such a beautiful girl as a relative.

    I had been yearning to live on my own since I was in junior high school, and desperately tried to earn part-time income by working as a programmer. As a result, my parents approved of my decision and I was finally able to start living on my own in my first year of high school.

    The other day, I celebrated my sixteenth birthday and my parents insisted that I take care of Lydia – at that point, my dream of living alone was crushed.

    Everything was over, or so I thought.
