"How dare you threaten me? " Michael said as the temperature dropped continuously .

    He took out his phone from his pocket and dialed a number . Within a minute , the same bodyguards that followed Sara came and bowed to Michael.

    "Take this people to the base and you know what you have to do . " Michael said before carrying Sara in his arms .

    "Do everything but don''t let them die or else you all be in their place . And found out about their young master . " Michael said before walking towards his Ward carrying his wife in his hand .

    At the room .

    After putting Sara in the bed , Michael immediately called the doctor . Michael feel heartbroken seeing her like that .

    "Tina , come to my room now. " Michael said before anyone could say anything .

    After a minute or two , Tina came in . Tina was a childhood friend of Michael also a doctor in A hospital. She already knew about Sara and also about condition . Three of them had many memories together but unfortunately only Michael and Tina remember it now .

    "Michael why did you call me ? Is everything ok ? " Tina asked as she entered but came to know of her answer when she saw Sara .

    "OMG ! What the hell happened this time with her ? " Tina said as she looked at the pulses of Sara .

    "Long story . Check her first " Michael said as he was trying to be calm .

    "Goddamn it . Call the nurse . " Tina said trying to control Sara''s panic attack .

    "Ok " Michael said before running out of the room .

    After sometime the nurse came in . "Quick give me the antidepressants . " Tina said without even looking towards her .

    "Shit ! She having a panic attack. " Tina said as she was trying to stabilize the condition of Sara .

    "Ma''am she is throwing up . " The nurse exclaimed as Sara threw up .

    Some distance away from the bed Michael was standing trying to calm down. He was heartbroken seeing Sara''s condition . She was shivering and panting and also throwing up . How can he not feel pain . He was not going to leave that people easily .

    "Michael , what are you thinking about ? " Tina said coming towards him after stabilizing Sara''s condition .

    "Nothing " Michael said after hearing her question .

    "Is she alright ? " Michael asked after seeing that Sara was not shivering anymore .

    Tina sighed . "I have somehow stabilized her condition but then also there is a risk after she wakes up . She may even get afraid of you ." Hearing her Michael felt as his last hope was also being crushed . Seeing him she continued , " But I have given sleeping dose so she will not wake up . So she will not wake up before two three hours . Hope it doesn''t happen . " Tina said .

    "I understand . Can you leave us alone . " Michael said not showing his emotions .

    "Hmm " Tina said knowing that Michael somehow controlling his emotions .

    After Tina and nurse went out , Michael closed the door. He sat down near Sara . Seeing her like that on the bed like that , tears fall from Michael eyes unknowingly.

    He was always a emotional guy . But he had never cried in years but today he again cried for her . Last time he cried was also for her and this time also for her . She is his biggest weakness . He was that much afraid to lose her after she came back again to his life . He can do anything but never let go of her again this time . He thought he could protect her this time but he failed to do that.
