"I didn’t expect such a lively and cheerful person like Miss Anne to have such a problem." Campbell Prickly seemed to sigh gently.

As Campbell Prickly’s words came to an end, the room fell silent because Charlotte Thompson didn’t speak.

The silence was only broken when the door opened with a sound.

And the person who walked in was none other than Vincent.

"I just got out of surgery and heard you came. What happened?"

Vincent had been looking in Campbell Prickly’s direction all along and didn’t expect the other person in the room to be Charlotte Thompson.

So when he saw Charlotte Thompson, a hint of surprise flashed across Vincent’s face.

"Charlotte, why are you here too?"

"It’s because Annie fainted on set, and Mr. Prickly helped me bring her to the hospital."

Charlotte Thompson didn’t intend to tell Vincent what had happened on set, just gave a simple answer.

Vincent suddenly understood and nodded, but when Charlotte looked at him, she found a look of exhaustion between his eyebrows.

Perhaps noticing Charlotte’s gaze, Vincent gave a dry laugh and said somewhat awkwardly, "I did three surgeries in a row today; it seems my body can’t handle it."

"Then you should go rest quickly," Charlotte was startled when she heard this.

Vincent nodded, but just as he turned to leave, he suddenly paused as if he remembered something.

"By the way, Grace’s examination report should be out tomorrow. If you’re free, you can bring Grace to the hospital."

"That’s great, I’ll bring Grace tomorrow," Charlotte nodded repeatedly.

A hint of a smile played on Vincent’s lips: "You can contact me directly by then."

After speaking, Vincent turned to leave but happened to run into Oliver Hudson who was coming in.

The two brushed past each other, but Vincent appeared to be pondering something.

When Charlotte saw Oliver Hudson, she wasn’t surprised but simply told him about Annie’s current situation.

As Charlotte hesitated on whether to stay and wait for Annie to wake or to leave, she sighed softly upon seeing Oliver Hudson’s expression and said, "Take good care of her."

Oliver Hudson responded lightly, his gaze subtly scanning over Campbell Prickly’s face, carrying a hint of coldness.

However, Campbell Prickly seemed oblivious to Oliver Hudson’s slightly hostile gaze, maintaining a peaceful smile on his face.

"Mr. Hudson."

He nodded toward Oliver Hudson and glanced at Annie on the bed, giving a serene smile, "Since Mr. Hudson is here, I’ll take my leave now."

Thus, Charlotte and Campbell Prickly left the ward together, and afterward, Charlotte called out to him in the hallway.

"Mr. Prickly, have you dealt with that model named Danny?"

"Does Miss Thompson have any plans?" Campbell Prickly stopped in his tracks.

"I hope to let Annie handle this person personally," Charlotte replied.

"Alright."

Campbell Prickly didn’t hesitate to agree to Charlotte’s request, and Charlotte thanked him before finally parting ways with Campbell Prickly.

But what Charlotte didn’t know was that Vincent, who was supposed to be heading back to his office, was standing at the corner, leaning against the wall with his hands in his pockets.

As Campbell Prickly walked by, Vincent remarked leisurely, "That Oliver Hudson is not an easy person to deal with."

"So what? I’m not interested in him," came the response.
