Two years of dating Matthias until Matthias’s luxury house was completely renovated. All the beautiful memories they had shared were hard to forget. When she first set foot in this luxury house after all the furniture had been moved, her eyes sparkled as she stared at the results of her first design that looked perfect for this house. Until now, she had never seen the results of her designs at the end of each collaboration with her clients. Meanwhile, now Matthias allowed her to visit this luxury house, and she was even greeted respectfully by the homeowner.

"Welcome to the house you designed!" Matthias greeted enthusiastically.

Victoria laughed gracefully, wrapping her arms around her lover’s neck. "Matthias, thank you for inviting me to your home. It’s an honor."

"In fact, it’s an honor for me that you designed my house. If it were another designer, it wouldn’t have turned out as perfect as this." Matthias wrapped his arms around his girlfriend’s stomach. "You can stay in my house too. This house isn’t just for me, it’s for you too."

"Matthias..." Her heart pounded at the phrase that sounded like a proposal.

"Since you designed my house, you have the right to use all its facilities. The cinema, the swimming pool, the study, you can consider it your own home."

"I’ve really enjoyed working with you, Matthias. Since the house is finished being renovated, our collaboration agreement has ended."

"Even though our partnership has ended, I’m still playing the role of your lover." Matthias kissed his lover’s left hand briefly, then took her hand in his. "I’m going to play the piano now."

"Do you want to play my favorite instrument?"

Matthias nodded while holding his lover’s hand as he walked towards the piano located in the corner of the living room.

Matthias and Victoria sat side by side on a bench for two. Matthias began warming up his fingers before playing the piano. Meanwhile, Victoria remained silent, gazing at her lover’s handsome face in rapture.

As Matthias began playing the instrument, Victoria beamed with joy, bobbing her head rhythmically. She loved the instrument so much it was so beautiful it moved her to tears. Especially when her lover played it, she felt it would have even more special meaning.

The soothing melody of the instruments calmed her heart. She rested her head on her lover’s shoulder, embracing him tightly.

"Matthias, do you know why I love this instrument so much?"

"The meaning of this song is that our love will be everlasting. Don’t worry, I will always love you, even if storms hit our relationship."

Victoria kissed her lover’s cheek briefly. "I knew you would. I trust you so much."

"Actually, I’m still curious. We’ve been dating for two years, why do you trust me so easily?"

"Because judging by your personality, you’re not the type of man who cheats on his woman. Therefore, I was right to date you from the start."

Matthias kissed his lover’s lips for a few seconds. "Me too."

"If only I were good at playing the piano, I could also play this instrument myself."

"If so, I can teach you until you can."

"Every day you will definitely scold me."

"No, I’d actually really enjoy teaching you. But if you can’t play the piano on your own yet, we can play together."

After playing the piano, Matthias and Victoria moved to sit on the living room sofa. Victoria still wanted to laze around with her boyfriend while gazing at the jewelry that was going viral on social media. At that time, everyone was talking about the scarlet heart necklace, an extremely rare and hard-to-find necklace in the world. Only a select few could find it, no matter what. This made Victoria curious about what it would feel like to wear a necklace with such special meaning.

"Do you want the scarlet heart necklace?" Matthias asked innocently.

Victoria could only respond with a warm smile. She didn’t want to be selfish and bother her lover by searching for the necklace until she found it.

Matthias slowly laid his lover down on the sofa. He embraced her lovingly and patted her back rhythmically.

"We’ve been dating for two years. It feels weird if I call you by your first name. I want to call you something sweet."

"What do you want to call me?"

"Tory."

Her eyes widened. "What? So you’re going to call me that?"

"Doesn’t it sound cute when I call you that?"

Victoria pursed her lips. "But I’m becoming more of a man. Isn’t there a cuter nickname?"

"No. To me, Tory is a sweet and unique nickname."

Victoria pinched her lover’s cheek a little energetically. "You really are very naughty, Matty!"

Matthias laughed so hard his face turned red. "Matty? I really like that nickname, it sounds so sweet."

"Yes, I am more creative than you! Can you change my nickname?"

"What if I don’t want to?" Matthias stuck out his tongue.

At first, Victoria wanted to protest again, but over time, she realized she didn’t mind her lover calling her by that unique nickname. She hugged him tightly again.

"Come to think of it, that nickname sounds sweet, too. I really like it. You’re the only one who calls me by such a unique nickname."

"Matty."

The two of them laughed happily and wanted to roll onto the sofa. However, since the sofa was too small for playing, Matthias immediately carried his girlfriend to his room.
