CHAPTER 374: CHAPTER 208: GOLDEN LIGHT FLICKERS

The undead in front of Chadite was pierced through from behind by two crossed red Light Blades and fell to the ground.

Lucilia and Ling, who had launched the surprise attack from behind, revealed themselves.

With this corpse’s fall, all five undead of varying strength were eliminated.

"How’s the situation?" Alka flicked his arm and put away the cards he had been holding.

"Not bad. These undead aren’t very agile and haven’t caused any direct damage."

Chadite looked at the bruise on her arm. It was an injury sustained when she blocked an attack from the undead she had just fought, a move to avoid being scratched by its arms.

Other than this, no one else was injured.

Faint green light particles drifted over and merged into Chadite’s arm, clearing away the bruise and slowly restoring it to normal.

Soon, the object’s original appearance was revealed.

It was a semi-circular, arc-shaped structure made of some kind of metal. Besides dense patterns, its center was adorned with an unknown Gemstone.

Looking at the object’s design, Alka felt puzzled.

He had no idea what this thing was or what it was for.

Looking at where the item had been attached to the corpse, he realized it wasn’t at the waist but rather high on the thigh.

It’s probably some kind of accessory.

Alka lightly infused it with Magic Power and began to examine it carefully.

Probably some sort of enhancement device.

After thinking for a moment, he seemed to have an idea. He stood up and, in front of everyone, gently placed the object on his thigh.

With the attraction of Magic Power, the arc-shaped ring easily adhered to the top of his thigh, near his hip.

Alka raised his right hand. A bit of Magic Power flowed out and gathered in his palm. He then pressed his palm down sharply on the object’s Gemstone and gently flicked downward.

Magic Power flowed into the Gemstone, triggering the object’s function. With the flick, it latched onto the middle of his thigh.

Alka instantly felt an endless surge of power in his right leg and threw out a powerful kick.

Since it was his first time using it, the forceful kick spun Alka around twice before he could regain his balance.

The kick generated violent wind pressure that blew everyone’s hair back, clearly demonstrating its immense strength.

Alka removed the object and said, "It’s a Magic Item that can enhance leg attacks. You use it like I just did, but it requires some practice to control it perfectly in combat."

He then looked up at the others and directly handed the object to Chadite.

This item, effective only on a single leg, was very suitable for melee combat. Among their group, only Chadite used her legs for attacks.

Chadite took it, examined it, then attached it to her right hip. After trying it out a couple of times, she nodded.

"Very nice, it fits perfectly."

However, this piece of equipment also revealed that the undead possessing Five Spirals strength must have been a melee expert who used leg attacks.

After becoming an undead, it was reduced to slow, clumsy attacks with its hands.

Fortunately, these undead were mostly slow. This, combined with the freezing and slowing effects from Jason and Julia, as well as Alka’s pink mist, made a significant difference.
