CHAPTER 413: 413 BACK TO THE DUMB BASTARD

Chilling on the top of the sanctuary, Lucy was having the time of his life apparently.

In a peaceful hot spring high in the sky, ’a tall man’ was relaxing in the warm, golden water that sparkled like sunlight.

His now long white hair flowed down to his shoulders, catching the light and giving him a magical look.

His deep blue eyes were like the clearest ocean, filled with a calm wisdom that suggested he had experienced many adventures in life, added many deaths from the near death experiences he had along the way.

The water around him was dotted with various medical plants, their bright colors floating gently on the surface, adding to the beauty of the scene.

Beside him, a ’playful black kitten’ an expression that should not have described the greatest independent merchant of the worldline, splashed joyfully in the water, its shiny fur glistening as it darted between the plants.

The kitten’s blank black eyes shone with curiosity and mischief, happiness and joy, bringing a lively energy to the tranquil setting.

Lucy did not understand what was up with this usually grumpy kitten, but he did not mind him right now.

Nearby, a ’young’ dragon rested on a warm rock, its scales shimmering in the darkest of the blacks.

"Yawwwwn~."

Though small, it possessed an air of majesty and charm around him, as if despite its small size, it was an eternity old.

Every now and then, it puffed out a little cloud of smoke or at least what it seemed like, reminding everyone of its playful yet powerful nature.

Darkness was its nature, but magic was its slave. It was a dragon, one of the oldest of its kind, though... this small form did not justify that age nor the actual powers that it had.

"Ptssss..."

Coiled around another stone was a snake-like creature that looked cute with its round eyes and smooth silver scales.

She was kind and much better than the two that were simply chilling right now. Though she did not do much in the past few hours, she had been there and provided all the materials needed for the breakthrough.

"Haaaa... doesn’t this feel nice?"

After going through that hell, he was at least properly resting now.

Things have been difficult these past few days and he knew there was something approaching, but there was still something good about this situation.

"Haaa... wow."

He now possessed the power to do things that he previously could not.

He was stronger now, and even though his physical body was in no state to even function properly, he was feeling better.

With the new power, when he recovers, he will be able to help her better.

She will be mad when she comes here, but at the very least, he is doing well for now.

Together, this tall man and his unusual companions created a captivating scene in the hot spring. The mix of calmness and subtle danger made this moment enchanting and intriguing. The golden water and surrounding greenery of the garden enhanced the magical feel of this place...

"Seems like you all are having fun, huh?"

Alas the happiness was momentary.

Lucy did not come out of the water, he did not even try to do anything about it and just stayed there.

Raz looked at the time and smiled at El, smiling at her in his cute little smile and vanishing from the place the very next moment... the time they could maintain him here had run out and they would not be able to call him again for a while now.

He was not worried about what she would do to him since he was not at fault here at all, but just to be safe, he was escaping early.

Silver was not going to be responsible for anything since she was just doing what she was supposed to do, and since she was also the cute one, El wouldn’t do anything to her.

But...

"Go back Cary. I’ll deal with you later."

She could feel her familiar was exhausted right now so she called it back inside her familiar space where he would recover faster and when he has recovered enough, she will call him and beat him up properly.

But for now, the only one that she needed to beat was the one that was happily resting in the pool that he had created out of precious medicines with the money that did not belong just to him.

"You fucker!"

She used {Telekinesis} and pulled him out of the water, ready to beat the shit out of him with her bare hands... but...

When she pulled him out, something he was expecting already, she was surprised by what she was seeing.

"What... the hell...?"

After much thinking, Lucy decided not to hide the changes to his body from her. She would find out eventually anyway so, it was better to just show her the truth from the start.

His firmer, bigger muscles were now covering a mature, taller adult body that definitely was far sexier than it was the last time she saw it.

There were two more abs now... a total of eight if she doesn’t count the one at the base... though, the Thing that was present at the base, the pretty and perfect looking partner that was now somehow much prettier, instantly made her gulp down a mouthful of saliva.

"What... happened?"

She placed him down carefully, and simply stared at his body.

He looked better somehow, except for the longer hair. They were ugly on that hotter face.

There was also something more to him than the physical changes. The energies around him were different now, the aura that he had had changed completely.

He had a sharper Aura now, the Mana inside his body was now as pure as her own, and aside from the Mana in his body and the Aura in his mind, there was something more.

"Creation...?"

She did not take long to figure out what the cause of this strange feeling was, and she knew what he might have done in her absence from that alone.
