Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations
Chapter 100: I’ve Found His Weakness
CHAPTER 100: CHAPTER 100: I’VE FOUND HIS WEAKNESS
Justin Kingston threw the covers aside, got out of bed, and started getting dressed. Mia Lane sat up in bed, thinking, what’s this? He’s not planning to answer?
It wasn’t until he was fully dressed and left the room that she reacted.
"Hey!" She hurriedly got out of bed, changed her clothes, slipped on some slippers, and chased after him.
After quickly searching downstairs, she finally found him in the backyard!
Seeing his familiar figure standing by the pool with his hands behind his back, she let out a sigh of relief and walked toward him.
"What are you doing?" She turned her eyes to his profile, "You’re not really angry, right?"
"Don’t ask about Anton Miller," he said coldly, looking straight ahead, "And don’t try to get to know him. If he approaches you, it’s certainly with ill intentions!"
Thinking of what that guy said at the company the other day, he was still angry.
Mia couldn’t figure it out. Did he hate Anton Ford, or was he concerned about him?
"Is he your illegitimate child?" Mia reached out, turned his shoulder, and asked seriously, "Answer me!"
This guess surprised Justin Kingston. Did she always think this?
"Look into my eyes!" Mia put her hand on his shoulder, staring him down, "Don’t lie!" She felt a small pang of sadness in her heart!
"Who hasn’t been impulsive when they were young?" She gave him a way out, "I think it’s quite normal, and I’ll find out sooner or later, right?"
"No." He answered straightforwardly, emphasizing, "He’s not my illegitimate child, you are my first woman."
That last sentence... Mia quickly withdrew her hand, feeling a strange warmth flooding her heart.
He turned to leave, and she snapped back to reality, quickly chasing after him, "Where are you going?"
"I didn’t bring any nutrition drinks," Justin Kingston said as he walked, "I’m hungry."
"Then go back to the room first!" She quickly suggested, "I’ll go make breakfast!"
Anton Miller was not Justin Kingston’s illegitimate child. Mia couldn’t be happier!
Riventhal.
Monica Usher parked her car by the river. She was simply too upset.
It felt like there was a pressure on her chest, making it hard to breathe! Every breath tugged at her heart.
She turned to look out the car window, unbuckled her seatbelt, and got out of the car.
Walking along the riverbank, feeling the breeze, her mood was terrible!
In love, as a classic failure, she felt she was too successful.
After so many years of effort, she thought she was close to him, only to find it was an illusion.
The glorious life that should have belonged to her, Monica Usher, was actually lost to a country bumpkin girl, which was really unwilling!
She couldn’t bear being so close yet still strangers.
Walking along, she saw a familiar figure ahead—
Anton Miller, holding a blonde girl, was walking toward her. The girl wore a tight-fitting outfit, showing her navel, with short shorts below, heavy makeup, and sky-high heels.
Her figure and face were not bad.
Monica wasn’t surprised. He changed women like clothes, every three days was normal.
"I have things to do these days, don’t bother me," Anton Miller said, holding the girl’s shoulder, "I’ll talk to you when I’m done, and don’t call me."
"Aren’t you going to Nordheim for the match?" the girl turned her eyes.
"No." Anton Miller’s brow slightly furrowed, "I want to hit someone."
"Ford, who made you angry?" the girl asked.
Anton Miller inadvertently looked up and saw Monica Usher standing not far away. He stopped and released the girl beside him, "Go back. I have something to do."
The girl glanced at him, followed his gaze to the woman not far away.
Tall and slender, stylishly dressed, giving off a cold and aloof vibe.
"Who is she?" The girl’s aura was a bit weak, but she couldn’t hide her jealousy.
Anton Miller impatiently whispered, "If you don’t want to break up, then leave. Immediately."
The girl glanced defiantly at Monica Usher! Reluctantly, she turned and left, looking back every few steps to check the situation.
Anton Miller stepped forward, stopping in front of Monica Usher, glancing at her shoulder, "Is your injury better, Monica?"
"Are you in a bad mood?" She could tell at a glance, "Great, I’m in a bad mood too, want to take a walk?"
So, the two of them strolled along the riverbank.
After a few minutes of silence, Monica Usher said, "The injury is fine." Then she asked him, "Justin Kingston was really angry that day, was it because you went to Sunshine Village? And Mia Lane was there, right?"
"Yes," Anton Miller smiled, "I found his weak spot."
