After dinner.

Caleb Faulkner made an excuse that he needed to go to Eleanor Sterling’s place to get something and promised to spend the forthcoming days well with Mrs. Faulkner.

Though Mrs. Faulkner wasn’t very pleased, hearing the little one say that he would spend quality time with her in the future dissipated much of her discontent.

In the end, she instructed the bodyguard to send him to Eleanor’s and ordered that he must be back by ten o’clock.

Caleb Faulkner nodded repeatedly, shouldering his small backpack as he intended to head out, but unexpectedly, Alaric Faulkner grabbed the keys and said in a deep voice, "I’ll take you."

Looking at Alaric Faulkner, Caleb Faulkner let out a couple of cold laughs.

He didn’t even want to expose Alaric; take him? Nice words, but probably he wanted to see Eleanor as well.

It’s been so long, and he still couldn’t win Eleanor’s favor, he didn’t hold out much hope anymore.

Once Estelle’s paternity test comes out, he’ll confess his sins, and then he can happily go to Eleanor, leaving Alaric to deal with Faye Sterling slowly.

Alaric Faulkner held Caleb Faulkner and headed out.

Faye Sterling watched their backs, clenching her fists in rage, her sinister expression almost uncontrollable.

She had sparked his desire to conquer.

Eleanor saw that predatory gleam in his eyes appear again, like it had the other day, and instinctively took a step back.

Seeing Eleanor’s retreating movement, Alaric Faulkner’s expression turned displeased.

This woman, always so resistant to him.

She resisted him, yet promised Micah Moss she would consider him first, this differential treatment dyed his gaze with violence.

When Eleanor stepped back, Alaric Faulkner moved an inch closer.

His deep eyes were darker than the night, fixed on her, and eventually cornered Eleanor on the sofa, unable to retreat any further!

He reached out and gripped her chin, his voice hoarse, "Caleb is Faye Sterling’s son, but what if you cuckolded Faye Sterling?"

Eleanor shook her head, "No..."

But before Eleanor could finish speaking, Alaric Faulkner interrupted her.

In a bewitching tone, he continued to tempt Eleanor, "If you agree, Estelle won’t be an illegitimate child."
