CHAPTER 42: CHAPTER 42: ESTELLE STERLING IS UGLY

Eleanor Sterling couldn’t escape the man’s authoritarian dominance, and could only speak helplessly, "President Faulkner, just now Faye Sterling said, I’m a woman who has had a child for an old man, touching me would taint your status, you’d better let go of me."

She thought Alaric Faulkner was only flirting with her on a whim and that he should lose interest once she made it clear.

Upon hearing Eleanor’s words, Alaric Faulkner’s eyes suddenly turned cold, and he stared at Eleanor, "Estelle Sterling?"

"Yes, yes, that’s him. You see how ugly he is, with a flat nose and crooked face, you know his father must be a disgusting pot-bellied old man. President Faulkner, you should let go of me."

Although Eleanor later investigated President Warren and learned that the old man had already died, this didn’t change the fact that she was framed by Faye and that’s how Estelle came to be.

Alaric raised an eyebrow, Estelle Sterling ugly?

He didn’t see that. On the contrary, Estelle’s features were striking, and shared several similarities with Eleanor’s, seemingly inheriting all of her advantages.

Some traits that Eleanor didn’t have must have come from his father.

Nothing about him could be considered ugly.

Hearing this, Alaric Faulkner not only didn’t let go of Eleanor, but instead reached out, lifting her chin, "Little liar, your words have zero credibility."

Eleanor: "..."

She narrowed her eyes coolly, "If you don’t let go, I’m going to make a move."

Alaric’s eyes held a hint of anticipation, and he chuckled softly, "I quite look forward to Miss Sterling making a move on me."

The ambiguous tone instantly made the air thick.

"Pervert!" Eleanor spat lightly.

She gathered strength in her leg, intending to kick Alaric in his most vulnerable spot, but didn’t expect the man had already seen through her intent.

He took a step forward, pressing his lower body against hers!

Eleanor had to arch her back, trying to distance herself, feeling utterly exhausted as Alaric’s close proximity left them almost touching.

Even through the fabric, she could feel the man’s body tense and heaving.

Eleanor felt that all her good skills were useless against this man, like she was a weak girl unable to even truss a chicken.

Alaric approached her, whispering, "Miss Sterling, did no one tell you that some parts of a man are untouchable?"

"Alaric Faulkner, I didn’t think you’d be so shameless. You usually seem so aloof, but in reality, you’re just a lecher, aren’t you? Didn’t Faye satisfy you?"

Alaric chuckled softly, seemingly unfazed by Eleanor’s insults.

She always called him President Faulkner, politely distant, but now she seemed more lively and more like her true self.

Which only heightened his interest in her.

"Since you’ve labeled me with such a name, it seems not doing anything would be a disservice to you."

Eleanor had been about to curse him again but her eyes flicked for a moment, suddenly shutting her mouth, not even struggling anymore.

Seeing this, Alaric’s eyes flashed with a hint of surprise.

"What? Planning to go along now?"

Eleanor smiled slightly, "No, I just thought of something."

Her smile was incredibly beautiful, inherently alluring.

Alaric was puzzled, "Thought of what?"

"A kiss costs a thousand, no, five thousand!"

And just now he had touched her several times, all of which must be accounted for, she couldn’t let Alaric Faulkner off cheaply.

Hearing this, Alaric’s eyes instantly chilled, his aura turning icy.

Was this woman obsessed with money?

Seeing Alaric suddenly lose interest, Eleanor triumphantly curved her lips, this time easily pushing him away.

"I have things to do, I’ll send you my account information."

With these words, she promptly fled the office.

Watching Eleanor’s departing figure, Alaric squinted his eyes.

Deceived again, she said that deliberately to make him let her go, was being close to him so repulsive?
