CHAPTER 902: CHAPTER 902: THE FIRST GIFT SHE EVER RECEIVED

Alaric Faulkner stepped forward and embraced Eleanor Sterling, whispering softly in her ear, "Anything is possible."

After all, he had worn the human skin mask himself, so Giselle Keating disguising as Wendy Warren’s cousin wasn’t entirely out of the realm of possibility.

"I never thought Giselle Keating’s schemes were so deep; we definitely shouldn’t let her off."

Alaric chuckled lightly, "Just wait, after this failure, she’ll surely seek another opportunity to strike."

Eleanor settled against his chest, sighed, and said, "The troublesome part now is not knowing who’s backing her. I feel the person who rescued her is certainly not easy."

"Anyway, it must be someone closely connected to us."

Alaric comforted her, "Yes, waiting patiently, we will eventually catch that rabbit."

Estelle Sterling had privately arranged to meet Chloe, ostensibly to hang out with her, but in reality, fulfilling Eleanor’s request to secretly take Chloe’s hair back.

Chloe timidly entered the garden, only seeing Estelle Sterling alone.

The Keating Family’s garden was large, filled with beautiful flowers in full bloom, along with a massive artificial pool.

After walking for a while, Estelle stopped, took out a small clip from his pocket, handed it to Chloe, and said, "This is for you."

Chloe looked at the little gift he gave her, feeling very excited. It was her first time receiving a gift.

Estelle’s eyes shifted slightly, and he said, "Alright, let me put it on for you."

Chloe didn’t refuse, allowing Estelle to help her put on the hair clip, during which he casually pulled out a few strands of her hair. Chloe felt a slight pain and touched the top of her head.

Chloe smiled sweetly, "I won’t mind."

Estelle’s willingness to be close to her and even gift her a clip had already made her quite happy.

Estelle discreetly tucked the hair into his pocket. Now that he had succeeded, he naturally no longer needed to feign friendliness with Chloe here.

"I have some matters to attend to. You can stroll around at your pace; I’m leaving first."

After speaking, Estelle turned and left directly.
