The room was empty. She lifted the covers and lay on the bed. After eating and drinking enough, and taking a shower, she wasn't able to stay awake for long. In a half-dream state, she seemed to hear someone entering the room, followed by a slight weight on her back. She was startled awake, and even her drowsiness disappeared.

The hospital bed was narrow. The person behind her moved closer to her side, placing an arm around her waist in an intimate position. She even caught a faint scent of tobacco from his body.
