The ruby in Li Xiu’s hand lost its color and shattered into powder with a crunch.

"Husband, I’m still hungry," the bride-to-be said again.

The terms accompanying that eerie tone made Li Xiu feel uncomfortable, so he said, "Um, can we change how you call me?"

"Please say, husband." Though the bride-to-be seemed a bit eerie, she appeared to have a good temperament.

"For example, you could call me master," Li Xiu said with a smile.

Along the way, he fought several Frenzied Beast hordes without encountering overly strong ones; the toughest was merely A-grade with rainbow colors.
