Wizard: Stronger through Marriage
Chapter 76: Plan to Build Wizard City
CHAPTER 76: CHAPTER 76: PLAN TO BUILD WIZARD CITY
"Leave it to me."
Hill’s face showed a confident smile.
She looked up at the sky, the sun was just peeking out from behind the clouds.
Aside from meeting the best Master Wizard here, she felt like she had found her purpose as well.
For stonemasons, nothing makes their hearts surge with emotion and fills them with pride more than personally constructing a city.
She had never dared to hope for this idea, but now such an opportunity had been presented to her, and it was a Wizard City.
Building a Wizard City for wizards!
Just thinking about it made her blood boil.
She wanted to personally craft a Wizard City for the wizards, a place where all wizards can find refuge, and it would become the Holy Mountain in every wizard’s heart!
David’s face also revealed a smile; with Wizard City, he had greater confidence in attracting the wizard organization behind that Little White Mouse.
Of course, this was also for personal safety; even if Frost Wolf Ridge one day suffered an attack from the Church, they would still have a place of escape.
Wizard City.
A secret underground city!
After Hill took on the task, she quickly started preparing construction drawings.
David wasn’t in a hurry; he told Hill to wait.
From Hill’s attitude, it was evident she didn’t reject this place, but David still asked, "Hill, would you like to join Frost Wolf Ridge?"
Hill, hearing this, became solemn and nodded seriously.
"Welcome to Frost Wolf Ridge."
David greeted her with a smile and took Hill’s hand.
She originally thought Young Master David would propose directly, but it turned out he only invited Hill to join Frost Wolf Ridge. It seemed his words upon arrival were not mere talk.
Amy and Cynthia didn’t think too much about it; they were simply sincerely happy that the territory had gained another witch.
The most surprising was Reina, who had always remained calm, now took the initiative to greet Hill and joined the conversation team.
Seeing this, David vacated the position, letting the four ladies first connect with Hill, while he himself went to the open field and began to cultivate the Breathing Technique.
His Fighting Qi had long broken through to the Tier Four Peak, but felt a barrier he couldn’t overcome, preventing the transformation of Gaseous Fighting Qi into Liquid Fighting Qi.
Thus, time passed bit by bit.
Liya and Reina also began their Knight’s Breathing Technique cultivation.
Meanwhile, Amy, Cynthia, and Hill were discussing the power of witches.
Originally, Amy and Cynthia wanted to share the Basic Meditation Method, but unexpectedly, Hill had already cultivated the exact same Basic Meditation Method.
However, none of them thought much of it, as the Basic Meditation Method was the most widely spread on the continent, and one could say it was the only meditation method spreading.
Through their exchanges, it became evident Hill had been cultivating the Basic Meditation Method for some time, and her experience in casting magic was far richer than that of Amy and Cynthia.
This greatly benefited Amy and Cynthia, and even David, who was eavesdropping, showed a thoughtful expression and gained something.
...
Northern Lands, Black Leaf Ridge.
Hillman stepped onto the barren battlefield.
Relying on his Demon Hunter bloodline, he could sense the lingering magic power on this battlefield.
"Tier Four Ice Element Mage." His expression was serious.
A mage possesses strength that absolutely suppresses knights of the same level.
Facing such an Intermediate Mage, Charlie truly had no ability to resist.
However, the difficulty of advancing as a mage is far greater than for knights.
Wanting to advance to Middle-Level Wizard, it won’t be significantly easier than advancing to Tier Six Knight.
Furthermore, according to the Church’s information, only one organization exists in the Northern Lands called the Witch Mutual Aid Association, whose strongest member is merely a Tier Three Mage.
Therefore, this Ice Mage likely comes from another wizard organization in the Far North.
"Hmph, daring to kill our Church’s Holy Light Knight, just wait for the Divine Judgment!" Hillman snorted.
The Saintess has arrived in the Northern Lands, this land will surely fall under the Church’s control, and all civilians will become the most devout believers of the Holy Light God.
And he, Demon Hunter Hillman, will hunt all wizards on this land in the name of the Holy Light Knight, transforming it into a sacred land!
...
Inside the study room.
David intends to practice Ice cultivation.
Amy is quietly reading under the oil lamp.
Only when David approached did Amy react and promptly stood up.
"It’s okay, continue reading," David said with a smile.
He glanced over and noticed Amy was reading the wizard books obtained from Hill.
Though they were damaged wizard books, they still helped Amy gain more knowledge about wizards.
"Lord, what you said during the day?" Amy asked curiously.
David raised a brow and smiled, "Hm? You want to learn?"
"Yes."
Amy nodded earnestly.
David felt that tonight was long; it would be nice to first connect with Amy.
With this thought in mind, he cleared his throat and said, "Then today I’ll be a teacher for a while."
"You’re an Ice Mage, so I’ll talk to you about water and ice."
"Student Amy, are you ready?"
"Yes."
Amy nodded seriously.
Standing behind Amy, he wrapped his arms around the Little Witch.
Then, he spread the parchment in front, seriously starting to explain what water and ice are.
Amy already wielded the power of ice, and perhaps this could deepen her understanding of the Power of Ice, and thus better master Ice Power.
David’s head rested on Amy’s shoulder, and a faint fragrance wafted into his nose.
"Did you understand, Student Amy?" David asked gently.
Amy was still somewhat uncertain, but when she turned around, she saw the Lord’s passionate gaze.
"Come, I’ll teach you slowly."
David continued to patiently explain.
"Ice is a solid-state of water; when the temperature of water drops below zero degrees Celsius, it forms ice."
"Zero degrees Celsius?"
David nodded and continued explaining.
Amy also quietly settled down, seriously starting to understand this field she had never delved into.
"Amy, did you learn it?"
David watched the Little Witch, pondering, and his breathing gradually became rapid.
"Mm."
"Come, teacher will help you check your homework."
David spread out the rolled parchment and lowered his head to inspect it.
[You completed a cultivation, Ice Element Talent +136]
David exhaled contentedly, but suddenly noticed that both of them were covered in thin frost.
"This is..."
David was taken aback, realizing belatedly that the experience points earned from this cultivation were substantial.
Amy also realized, she closed her eyes to sense, then suddenly showed an expression of delight, "Lord, it seems I’ve comprehended a new spell."
