Black Phoenix nodded. He also understood that controlling the sky meant having the upper hand on the battlefield.

Black Phoenix asked, "What are your requirements?"

"It can’t be slower than a dragon, and I need to be able to control it."

"Alright, wait a minute."

Black Phoenix immediately contacted the legion, and soon five Summoners entered the conference room.
