With the mindset of giving it a try, they entered the infirmary. It was a three-story building where the Emergency Room and registration counter were located on the ground floor. The first floor was used for operating theaters and examination rooms. As for the second floor, it was used for inpatient wards.

Li Yang felt the burning pain inside him intensified and replied, "Let’s register first."

Accepting the card, Chu Zhimiao nodded and replied, "Thank you."

After getting their waiting number, Li Yang and Chu Zhimiao went up the stairs and went to the second floor. There were a total of ten doctors’ offices, two operating theaters, and five Intensive Care Units.

Five minutes later, they found Jiang Lixin’s office. Outside the office, there were at least fifty people waiting for their turns. Fortunately, there were benches there so they could rest while waiting for their turn.

While they were waiting, Jiang Lixin had already received a phone call from the lobby. Since infection was not a small matter, she turned to her assistant and said, "Let the patient with infection enter first."

The nurse nodded and replied, "Understood."

Soon after, the nurse opened the office’s door and said, "Comrade Li Yang, please come in."
