The next second, a blue screen popped up in front of her. On the screen, there were only two sentences.

"Energy insufficient for safe landing, emergency procedure has been activated. Attached data: last recording of the host after entering the wormhole."

As soon as Du Beiye saw the attached data, she tapped on the screen and a video was played. Inside the recording, a girl with similar features as her was injured due to the explosion of the Space portal.

Without the Space portal, the wormhole was distorted and the parallel universes intertwined with each other.

Du Beiye watched her sister’s escape pod start to distort under the massive pressure of the gravitation. Her body could not stand the pressure, and her bones and flesh were crushed like meat paste.

When she thought that her sister would lose her life inside the wormhole, Gaia activated the emergency procedure.

Both her sister and Gaia disappeared from the wormhole and appeared in one of countless parallel universes, ending up on the Blue Planet far before their civilization era.

The first mutation happened during the emergency procedure. The next mutations might have happened after the Blue Planet was contaminated by the virus.

She went through countless possibilities and scenarios, but she could not understand why her sister could activate Gaia now. From what she knew, Gaia and Krayan were both created by the Creator using almost identical rules and codes.

If the system went into a deep slumber mode, the energy required to reactivate the system would be at least double the total energy needed to fully access all of the functions.

"Krayan, what is the possibility of my sister doing the Space jump more than once?" she suddenly asked.

When it heard this, Krayan went silent for a while before it asked, "Host, do you doubt that our current location is not the Blue Planet your sister landed on the first time?"

"Only when the host is in a life-threatening situation could the system reactivate automatically by using the reserved energy. Otherwise, the host has to reactivate it by recovering the energy manually," Du Beiye voiced her doubts.

After a moment of pause, she added, "Since Gaia could jump across the parallel world once, it might be able to jump for the second time."

"Host, your doubts are not unfounded."

When they reached this conclusion, Du Beiye finally smiled. She thought that they would have to search for a long time before she could find her sister. Unexpectedly, she had always been on her side.

Sensing its host’s good mood, Krayan asked, "Host, now that you have found your sister, will you tell her your identity and help her recover Gaia’s energy?"

Du Beiye thought for a while before she shook her head and replied, "I will not tell her for now. Although Gaia’s emergency procedure could save my sister’s life, it came with side effects."
